How to fix common SetIPTV errors
Start here
Test the Internet connection, automatic date and time, account status and another channel. Then restart the app, device and router before changing advanced settings.
| Error | First check |
|---|---|
| Playlist will not load | Copy the complete URL without spaces. |
| Black screen | Try another channel and restore default player settings. |
| Buffering | Use Ethernet or stronger 5 GHz Wi-Fi. |
| Zero channels | Confirm subscription validity and refresh the list. |
| EPG missing | Refresh guide data and ask whether the list supplies EPG. |
| Expired | Identify whether the app licence or subscription ended. |
When contacting support, provide the device model and exact error wording, but redact URLs, passwords and MAC addresses.
